Biography

George speaks 4 languages: English, French, Japanese and Chinese. He has extensive experience in large international companies, including Russian representative offices of a large Japanese trading holding and Chinese oil and gas companies, the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. For several years, George lived in Brussels, served as Second Secretary in the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the European Union and dealt with issues of power, climate and the "green" transformation of the EU.

2024: Project Manager of Rosseti Public and International Projects Management

Georgy Moskalenko was appointed project manager of the Public and International Projects Department of PJSC Rosseti. The company announced this on October 8, 2024.

In this position, Georgy Moskalenko supports the existing interaction of the company with foreign partners, is engaged in expanding cooperation with foreign counterparties and searching for new geographical areas of work.

PJSC Rosseti has a significant and continuing to grow scientific and technical reserve in terms of its own developments in the field of electric power industry, high competencies in the management and operation of the electric grid economy and personnel training for the industry.
