Gladnev Vladimir Yuryevich

Vladimir Gladnev was born on July 22, 1979.

Education

In 1999, he became a graduate of the Yoshkar-Ola Medical College. In 2005 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Medical Academy. I.I. Mechnikov of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development with a degree in Medical and Preventive Affairs, and in 2006 with a degree in Medical Affairs.

Career

2007-2022

Gladnev began his career as a district therapist at polyclinic No. 4 of Yoshkar-Ola. From 2007 to 2013, he went from an expert specialist in the Department of State Control of Pharmaceutical, Medical Activities and Social Assistance to the Population of the Department Roszdravnadzor of Control Republic of Mari El and Supervision in the field of health care the Territorial Body of Roszdravnadzor. 2025: Appointment by the Minister of Health of Mari El

Vladimir Gladnev, who previously headed the regional Roszdravnadzor, was appointed Minister of Health of Mari El. The corresponding decree was signed on March 17, 2025 by the head of the republic, Yury Zaytsev.

During the first six months, Mari El Gladnev will be on probation as the head of the Ministry of Health of Mari El. In this post, he replaced Marina Pankova, who was dismissed on her own initiative in accordance with paragraph 3 of the first part of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and in connection with her retirement for long service. Gladnev will have to carry out general management of the activities of the ministry and its structural units, take part in the activities of interdepartmental commissions, etc.^[1]
