Reksoft on July 1, 2025 announced the appointment of Rustam Gogov as Director of the Mining and Metallurgy Department.

The range of services of the Department "Mining and Metallurgy" includes the creation and support of the implementation of the digitalization strategy of the enterprise, industry and production consulting, system integration of products for the management of production processes, technical support and adaptation of industry solutions.

The tasks of the head of the division include the implementation of the Reksoft business development strategy in the mining and metallurgical industries, expanding cooperation with large customers of the industry, integrating the department's product portfolio with the services of other areas of Reksoft, such as business and digital consulting, custom development, APCS and MES systems, business applications, information security, infrastructure, clouds and data.

Rustam Gogov joined Reksoft in 2024 as a curator of work with mining enterprises in the consulting direction of the company. Since June 2025, he has simultaneously headed the Mining and Metallurgy department. The combination will make it possible to obtain a synergistic effect from the integrated development of two directions.

The expertise of the Reksoft team in the mining industry is well known.
