Biography

Was born on August 21, 1970 in the city of Alma-Ata of the Kazakh SSR.

1996 - 2004 - the deputy chief, the head of department of Head department of Federal Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

2004: Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation

2004 - 2007 - the director of the department of finance of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

Since 10/18/2007 - the director of the department of economy and finance of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 2 classes.
