Gorbunov Alexander Evgenievich

Biography

Born in 1967.

In 1992 he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Experimental Nuclear Physics and Plasma Physics, Physics Engineer.

In 1999 he received an MBA from Harvard University.

In 2002-2003 - Deputy General Director of Intellect Telecom.

In 2003-2005 - Strategy Director of the Strategic Analysis Department of MTS.

In the period from 2005 to 2006, he headed the Corporate Development Department, served as First Vice President - Head of the Strategy and Development Complex of AFK Sistema OJSC.

From 2006 to 2010, he was Vice President for Strategy and Development of Comstar-OTS OJSC.

In 2011-2012, he served as Executive Vice President for Telecommunications Asset Development of Business Units Basic Assets of AFK Sistema OJSC.

As of January 2013, he holds the position of Executive Vice President (Investment Portfolio) of JSC AFK Sistema. Member of the Board of Directors:

• Cosmos-TV CJSC,
• OJSC SMM","
• Stream LLC,
• Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited.

In 2015, he joined MTS from PJSC AFK Sistema.

In April 2018, he was appointed Vice President for Strategy and Development of MTS PJSC.

In August 2019, he renewed his membership in the board of MTS PJSC.
