2017: Concessional loan of IDF

In May, 2017 the Expert advice of Fund of development of the industry approved new import-substituting projects with a total cost more than 2.6 billion rubles. Projects will be implemented in Moscow, the Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Saratov regions and the Republic of Udmurtia. Total amount of loans exceeded 1 billion rubles.

The capital company "Intellekt Telecom" will be engaged in development and production of telecommunication equipment for mobile communication on the basis of small cells (Micro, Pico, Femto). On technical characteristics products of the company will not concede to the equipment released by the leading world telecommunication vendors. Since 2023 the beginning of sales of products on the U-smart platform for work in 5G networks is planned, by 2025 the share of products of the company in the Russian market can make 20%. Project cost of 963 million rubles from which 294.5 million rubles can be provided to IDF in the form of a concessional loan.

Using a loan of Fund the company plans development and production of telecommunication equipment for the organization of mobile communication on the basis of small cells of classes Pico and Micro, including base stations, network controllers and management systems.

Due to the exhaustion of opportunities of accumulation of capacity and consolidation of a macro network further development of mobile networks will go generally due to development of heterogeneous networks and a layer of small cells (classes of cells: Micro, Pico, Femto).

Division of small cells into the classes Micro, Pico and Femto depends on the radius of cells and the number of users in them. The main places of use of the equipment of small cells are zones with high concentration of users (residential complexes, business and shopping centers, industrial facilities and the urban environment). On technical characteristics products of the company will not concede to the equipment released by the leading world telecommunication vendors.

Based on JSC Intellekt Telecom it is going to create the international developer and equipment supplier and solutions of an operator class for small cells of mobile communication with a significant share in the world market of infrastructure telecommunication equipment.

By 2020 the basic product line of the company should cover completely the most perspective segments of the equipment for small cells. Since 2023 the beginning of sales of products on the U-smart platform for work in 5G networks is planned. The product yield will match the beginning of active implementation of the 5th generation of mobile communication worldwide. By 2025 the share of products of the company in the Russian market will make 20%.

2007-2009

In 2007-2009 the company executed more than 200 projects for the companies of Group of AFK "Sistema", other Russian and international companies. The main results of works of JSC Intellekt Telecom are the new technical solutions in the field of cellular, wireless and fixed connection, monitoring, navigation and position fix of moving objects patented in Russia, the USA, China and other countries. JSC Intellekt Telecom is a member of the International Telecommunication Union and takes part in work of sectors of ITU-R and ITU-D. Within joint agreements interaction of the company with Federal State Unitary Enterprise Research Institute of Radio (Federal State Unitary Enterprise NIIR) and federal state unitary enterprise Central Scientific Research Institute of Communications (Federal State Unitary Enterprise TsNIIS) which are the leading research organizations of Russia in the field of communication and information technologies is provided. The company conducts works on joint projects with foreign firms and suppliers of telecommunication equipment. JSC Intellekt Telecom also is the associated member of the Infocommunication union (ICU) and the member of Association of documentary telecommunication. The company is a winner of the tenders "For the Best Achievements in Business" and "Idea of Year 2009".
