Biography

Alexander was born on March 16, 1964 in Moscow.

In 1986 got an education at the Moscow Aviation Institute of Sergo Ordzhonikidze. In 2011 was trained at School of IT management of the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on the Investment management and innovations in IT. Since 2017 – the member of Subcommittee of RUIE on digital economy and innovations, the independent expert in the field of the biometric analysis.

From 1995 to 2009 Alexander Gorshkov worked in IT divisions of domestic banks. Was responsible for a software maintenance, took part in creation and work of tender committee, implementation of the foreign software and also merge of two banks. In 2009 passed from a position of the director of the department of a software maintenance of TRUST bank into NVision Group company.

In 2012-2017 Alexander Gorshkov worked as the development director of the software in Technoserv company. Under its management solutions on management of test environments, counteraction to fraudulent transactions, the projects "Biometric Identification of Borrowers", "Multiple-factor biometric identification "An identification hub were developed for large domestic financial institutions (VTB 24, Promsvyazbank, Russian Standard, NBKI and others)". In Mail of Kazakhstan "Biometric identification of clients on a photo and video" was implemented.

Since October 1, 2017 Alexander Gorshkov takes a position of the development director of Prosoft-Biometrics company. Its main objectives – development and promotion of new products, opening and development new industry the practician and activities.
