Biography

He began his career IT in 2001 with VDI as a developer C++ and by 2005 had progressed to Chief Production Officer. After the merger of VDI EPAM and in 2006, he held the positions of HRD, the leader of large EPAM projects Russia in and in the global market in such areas as: capital markets,,,, and banks industry production was also the senior director for business development of EPAM in Russia.

In 2022, he took the position of CEO of RNT Group, the copyright holder of EPAM in Russia.

In 2023, after joining the group, Reksoft heads the department "Custom Development." It maintains constant interaction with enterprise leaders in the field of industry, power, telecommunications and technology.

The multidisciplinary technological group Reksoft on December 11, 2024 announced the election of Yevgeny Grachev, director of the Custom Development department, to the RUSSOFT Board.

RUSSOFT represents the entire software development industry in Russia and has ambitious goals and plans for its development. As a member of the Management Board, I consider my key task to promote and protect the interests of independent developers in the Russian Federation, help in productive development of the ICC and other Russian solutions, as well as in bringing Russian IT goods and services to the international market. Another important area of ​ ​ my work in the association will be strategic work together with other RUSSOFT companies to train strong personnel in cooperation with universities. Combining the efforts of independent players of the Russian software development market within RUSSOFT is necessary to create favorable conditions for the development and support of the Russian IT-Business within the country and beyond, said Evgeny Grachev, Director of the Department "Custom Development" Reksoft.

The RUSSOFT Board is a permanent collegial governing body of the organization and is re-elected once a year at the general meeting of members of the association. According to the results of the 2024 vote, the Board was formed from 11 representatives, including the Chairman of the Board and the President of RUSSOFT. Within the framework of their powers, members of the Management Board are engaged in the issues of accepting and excluding companies from RUSSOFT, creating branches and representative offices, participating in RUSSOFT in other organizations, approving the financial plan and other tasks, and meetings of the Management Board are held every month. Reksoft has been a member of the association since the founding of RUSSOFT in 1999.
