Biography

In 1996 Alexander got an education at the Novocherkassk State Technical University, the engineer in "Microelectronics and semiconductor devices".

From 2010 to 2012 studied in Stockholm School of Economics. Protected degree of Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).

In 2016 started training in The University of Edinburgh for protection of Master's Degree with specialization of Data Science, Technology and Innovation. The expected year of termination 2019.

In 2000-2002 worked in the Volgodonsk department of Southwest Bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation as the assistant department head of information science and automation.

Since 2002 began to work in CROC: system engineer, project manager.

In 2003 became the associate director of department of information technologies, the head of department of system solutions, the head of the Corporate Portals and Project management systems directions.

In 2002 under the leadership of Alexander five engineers worked, during 2003 years the command of system solutions increased to 15 people. Afterwards the number of department exceeded 200 people, from them 23 work in the Corporate portals direction. Specialists of division have professional certificates Microsoft of Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified, HP AIS Service Management&Change and Configuration, Oracle DBA, IBM Certified Tivoli WebSphere Lotus DB2 Axios Assyst Bronze.

Alexander manages large projects of CROC company among which the following is implemented:

• the corporate portal of MIAN company is created;
• the corporate portal of Uralsvyazinform company is developed;
• it is implemented corporate mail the systems of JSC Transneft;
• the corporate portal of UK Volzhsky the Hydropower cascade is upgraded;
• the system of the organization of joint work and instant messaging of UK Volzhsky the Hydropower cascade is implemented;
• the informational portal of the government of Stavropol Krai is created;
• the project management system of BE-1 of RAO UES is put into operation.

More than 30 projects in the supervised Corporate Portals and Project management systems directions are in total executed and more than 150 annually are implemented by division of System solutions.

• Microsoft Certified Professional Systems Engineer,
• Certified Novell Administrator.

For March 4, 2018 Alexander Hludenev works as the deputy CEO for the perspective directions of business of CROC company.
