Education
Dmitry Holkin graduated from Institute of information systems of the State university of management.
Career
In 2003-2011 Dmitry Holkin worked in Wrigley as the area financial manager and controlled activity of the company in the Middle East, in Eastern Europe, India, Central and South America, Mexico. Besides, he was responsible for projects of integration of these regions into Mars company.
Later within 5 years Holkin took the leading positions in X5 Retail Group. In 2011 it came to the company to a position of the director of financial systems, and in 2015 became the CIO and the board member of X5 Retail Group. In this position he worked till 2017.
In February, 2018 Dmitry Holkin was appointed to the position of the CIO of Tele2 mobile operator. Development of the IT sphere within general strategy falls within its scope of responsibility and Tele2 is more whole.
As the director of information technology Holkin replaced Olga Mordkovich - the wife of the former minister educations Dmitry Livanov. She worked in Tele2 more than 13 years. Olga Mordkovich made the decision to leave the company to continue the career out of Tele2, reported TAdviser in the operator.
Work in NLMK
In October, 2018 it became known of Dmitry Holkin's appointment to a position of the vice president for digital transformation of NLMK.
In April, 2019 NLMK integrated two functions: digital transformation and information technologies also transferred them under management of one head - Dmitry Holkin. He was appointed the vice president for digital transformation and IT.
The former vice president of NLMK for development of information systems Elena Demyanova passed into Center of Corporate Solutions company where will concentrate on building of uniform IT solutions for the enterprises of NLMK and the international transport Universal Cargo Logistics Holding group.
Consolidation of the directions of digitalization and information technologies under control of one head will provide communication between digital instruments and strategic objectives of the company and will allow to accelerate increase in level of business process automation of the company, - the president of NLMK Group Grigory Fedorishin noted. |
