In 1989 graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in "applied mathematics", then received MBA degree in MIRBISE.
Career
Since 1991 works in the telecom industry. Worked in Relcom Internet service provider, in Golden Telecom, in Protek. In 2004 Olga Mordkovich headed department of billing and IT in Tele2 Russia mobile operator.
