With honors finished SPBGETU (LETI) in 1996. In 2000 defended the master's thesis on the subject "Modelling of Adaptive Systems of Management on Parallel Computing Structures". Since 2002 there took place a number of business coachings, received certificates on ITIL in 2007-2008.
In 1993-2001 worked at Sankt-Peterbugsky radio station Baltika where administered commercial and musical databases, one of the first in Russia configured automatic drawing up daily musical programs. Participated in all IT projects of radio station.
Since 2001 Dmitry worked in department of IT of Unilever company, since 2004 - the IT manager of branch to St. Petersburg. Main projects: SAP implementation of R/3 and system of barcoding of products for the purpose of tracking of its movements; reorganization of HelpDesk according to the ITIL standards; plan development of recovery of IT services.
In February, 2006 passed into GroupM company (joint holding WPP and Video International) to the Chief information officer's position on Russia and Ukraine where almost from scratch constructed IT department and IT infrastructure of the company, provided its integration with the European infrastructure; directed implementation and integration of key business systems (the consolidated financial system based on 1C 8.0, applications for automation of the front office); implemented politicians and procedures in the field of IT.
In May, 2007 Dmitry passed into PricewaterhouseCoopers to a position of the head of IT. Since July, 2008 - the director of IT for Russia and the deputy of CIO for the region Central and Eastern Europe. In PricewaterhouseCoopers Dmitry performed optimization of structure of IT department and today directs several IT projects both for Russia, and for other countries of the region: development of IT strategy, implementation of business systems and workflow systems, the IP telephony and the systems of universal communications for the region, etc.
Board member of the Russian Union of Chief information officers (SODIT), member of Clubs of Chief information officers of St. Petersburg and Moscow. Since 2005 successfully made a speech more than at twenty CIO conferences and the summits.
