That is, the Omsk region during their purchase of devices overpaid twice.

The investigation also found out that intermediary companies were used in the supply of medical equipment, which did not have either the equipment itself or funds. Having received money from the Ministry of Health, they purchased what they needed at a profit for themselves.

Soldatova is suspected of fraud with purchases. According to the investigation, she entered into contracts for the supply of ventilators, tomographs, X-rays and anesthesia-respiratory devices at inflated prices.
