Biography

Irina was born in Moscow.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Communications Enterprises Management of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.

From 2002 to 2011 she worked at MTS.

From 2011 to 2013 she worked in the Independence group of companies.

In 2013, she joined PJSC VimpelCom

As of September 25, 2015, Irina Lebedeva works as the Marketing Director of the Moscow Region of PJSC VimpelCom.

In 2016 - Director of Mass Market Marketing of PJSC VimpelCom

She worked as managing director of the Moscow Exchange.

She was a member of the board and was the vice president financial of the group. BCS

2023: Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities of Tele2

Tele2 on November 20, 2023 announced that Irina Lebedeva was appointed Deputy General Director of the company for commercial activities.

As part of the Tele2 management team, Irina Lebedeva is directly involved in the formation of the company's strategy and is responsible for achieving strategic and operational goals in the development of the product portfolio, sales and customer service.

The following structural divisions of Tele2 became directly subordinate to Irina:

• Sales and Mass Segment Development Management;
• Directorate for Strategic Development of the Product Portfolio;
• Directorate for the Development of the Digital Channel;
• Client Experience Management Directorate;
• Large Data Analytics Directorate
• Directorate for the Development and Implementation of the LTE-450 Project;
