Biography

Was born on December 17, 1946 in Vladivostok.

Graduated from the Irkutsk teacher training college of foreign languages of Ho Chi Minh.

From 1972 to 1996 served in the state security agencies, Pennant worked as the deputy chief of special purpose group of KGB of the USSR, the deputy head of department of special operations of FSB of the Russian Federation.

1999: Deputy CEOs Technoexport

1999-2001 - the deputy CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Promeksport.

2001: Deputy CEOs Rosoboronexport

Since 2001 - the deputy CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosoboronexport. Supervised export of special technical means, advertizing and exhibition activity, questions of information technologies and security.

2007: CEO Rosoboronexport

On November 26, 2007 the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1574 it is appointed the CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosoboronexport.

2012: Board member of Rostekhnologii

On February 29, 2012 the CEO of JSC Rosoboronexport is appointed at the same time the deputy CEO of State Corporation " Russian Technologies " and included in board of State Corporation " Russian Technologies ".

2016: Leaving from a position of the head of Rosoboronexport

In December, 2016 it became known that Anatoly Isaykin leaves a post of the head of Rosoboronexport. In nine years of the management of Rosoboronexport Anatoly Isaykin managed to increase the export volume of arms twice. Both the geography of deliveries, and a line of the exported products extended. For all the time of work on a post of the CEO of Rosoboronexport to Anatoly Isaykin there were no claims of either the side of the leaders of the state, or the party of Rostec. On December 17, 2016 Anatoly Isaykin was 70 years old.
