Biography

Ivan Kireev in 2001 graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg State University. In the same year he entered the law faculty of the same university, which he graduated in 2004.

From 2005 to 2010, as Director of Software Development, he worked at a major EPAM Systems vendor and participated in the creation of the company's development office in St. Petersburg. Under his leadership, more than 50 successful projects have been implemented in Russia, the USA, Canada, Kazakhstan, England, Belarus.

He served as Director of Software Development and Business Development at the international company Exigen Group.

From 2013 to 2016 He worked as Director for Development and Work with Industrial Partners at the Skolkovo Foundation, where he was responsible for the development of joint projects with major international and Russian high-tech companies.

He was Deputy General Director of the National Center for Informatization (Rostec Group of Companies), where he oversaw production and administrative processes aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of software development.

2017: Transfer to NCI

On January 30, 2017, it became known about the appointment of Ivan Kireev as Deputy General Director of the National Center for Informatization (NCI) for production.

Among the tasks of Ivan Kireev in his new position is to build production and administrative processes to improve the efficiency and quality of software development, using experience in international companies and world best practices.

The plans for the strategic development of the NCI include becoming a leader in the development of systems for the public sector and enterprises with state participation, and expanding the presence of domestic software products in the international market. The center is working on the creation of a Russian operating system, PLM, ERP solutions and other application software.

Competition in the external software market is very high. Domestic products have their own niche and their own consumer, however, in order not only to maintain positions, but also to increase their presence, it is necessary to play according to world rules. Now the average release time for a new version of the product has been reduced from 2-3 years to 6 months. 2025: Managing Director of Inferit

"Inferit" on January 27, 2025 announced changes in the leading composition of the organization. The position of managing director was taken by Ivan Kireev, who previously served as vice president for development of Softline Group of Companies.

As Managing Director of Inferit, Ivan Kireev will focus on the strategic development of the vendor, the launch of innovative solutions for the corporate and public sectors, as well as strengthening the company's leadership in the market.

In addition, in the special area of ​ ​ responsibility of Ivan Kireev is the Inferit Security department, specializing in the comprehensive protection of information systems for business and government agencies. The direction includes Barrier JSCB and K2-9b Group.
