Was born in 1953 in Lyakhovichesky district of the Brest region of Belarus; from 1975 to 1992 worked in Management of government communication of KGB of the USSR, from 1992 to 1999 - in Head department of government communication of FAGCI; from 1999 to 2002 held positions of the engineer, associate director of technological management of communication of St. Petersburg; in 2002 it was appointed the CEO of subsidiary of JSC Gazprom - Gaztelecom Ltd.
