Biography

Was born on June 4, 1961 in the village of Ivano-Slusarevca of Krasnodar Krai.

1983: RVVKIU

In 1983 graduated from the Rostov highest military command and engineering college (before disbandment in 2011 - the Rostov military institute of rocket troops).

1994: WA OF RVSN

In 1994 graduated from command faculty of Military academy of F.E. Dzerzhinsky (since 1998 - Military academy of the Strategic Missile Troops of Peter the Great).

2004: SZAGS

In 2004 in absentia graduated from Northwest academy of public service (since 2010 - Northwest institute of management - RANEPA branch).

2009: VAGSH

In 2009 graduated from Military academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Russian Defense Ministry

Consistently passed in troops all command and staff positions from the engineer of group to the commander of rocket connection. Headed the direction in Head department of the personnel of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

2006: Vladimir rocket consolidation

From 2006 to 2008 ordered the Vladimir rocket consolidation.

2009: RVSN of the Russian Defense Ministry

Since October, 2009 - the chief of staff - the first deputy commander of RVSN.

The decree of the Russian President of June 22, 2010 it is appointed the commander of the Strategic Missile Troops of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
