In 1993 graduated with honors from the Tula highest artillery engineering school of a name of the Tula Proletariat (in 2010 TAII was defunct) in "artillery arms".

1995: Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation

In 1995 graduated from Institute of retraining and advanced training of the personnel on financial and bank specialties of Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) in the Banking direction.

In 2001 graduated with honors from the Tula state university majoring in "finance and the credit".

1993: the 3rd Scientific Research Institute Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation

After the termination of school in 1993 it was directed to work in the 3rd Scientific Research Institute Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation to a position of the junior researcher.

1994: Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Tula region

In 1994 went to work as the economist of the I category in department of supervision of Central Bank commercial banks of the Russian Federation of Tula region, ended work as the chief economist of department of work with credit institutions.

2000: Vice chairman of the board of JSB Express Tula

In 2000 passed to work into JSB Express Tula to a position of the head of the economic department, ended work as the Vice chairman of the board - the head of internal control.

In August, 2002 passed to work into Tulsky branch of LLC CB Aresbank to a position of the branch director.
