Career
Natalya successfully improved and systematized HR processes in such large international corporations as Cargill where directed the joint personnel center and also General Electric and Dr. Reddy’s at the HR director's position.
Natalya held a position of the director of personnel management in the Russian division of Linde Gas company – the supplier of gases and the gas equipment for industrial enterprises.
2020: Appointment to the post of the HR director in Orange Business Services
The B2B-division of the Orange group, international provider of digital services Orange Business Services, announced Natalya Komarova's appointment to the HR director's position in Russia and the CIS. The main tasks of Natalya will become implementation of the best the HR expert in a company performance and further transformation of Orange in Russia in service provider. It became known on February 28, 2020.
We are glad that Natalya joined our command – she perfectly understands the device of HR processes in the international companies in high-tech industries. We develop and we implement modern technologies in Russia and therefore are sure that our specialists and their examination – the main asset of Orange Business Services. Natalya will also support strategy implementation of Engage 2025 within which Orange Business Services will implement practicians in work with the younger generation of specialists – it should promote plans of doubling of number of employees with examination in such areas as cloud services, software development, artificial intelligence, analytics of Big Data and cyber security by 2025.
Natalya has 13-year work experience on executive positions in the international corporations, and is ready to apply the gained knowledge to improvement of processes of hiring, training and employee development of Orange Business Services. Expansion of the international interaction with colleagues from divisions of Orange in France and other regions will become other important area of work.
