Biography

Anton Kondratov graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, has a Ph.D. in technical sciences.

In 2004, he began his career in the telecom industry from the position of engineer of the Central Telegraph, where he later took the position of director of the center for virtual and mobile services.

From 2007 to 2013, he worked in leadership positions in the perimeter of Sky Link.

In 2013, he was appointed director of the commercial department of mobile business of the Moscow macro-region of PJSC Rostelecom.

In 2014-2017, he worked at Tele2, where he served as director of CDMA business, director of the Irkutsk branch.

Until April 2020, he served as commercial director of the Moscow macro-region at Tele2.

In 2020, he moved to the post of vice president for the development of the mass market at VimpelCom.

2021: Director of Smartseeds Group of Companies

On August 24, 2021, Smartseeds Group of Companies (SmartContract LLC and Smart Grains LLC) announced the appointment of Anton Kondratov, who previously held a leadership position at VimpelCom, to the post of director of the company. In this position, he replaced Alexei Bugay.

As director, Anton focuses on the strategic development of the logistics platform, the formation of the service ecosystem around the product and improving the operational efficiency of the company.

The key tasks are the acquisition of leading positions in the field of freight transportation in the agricultural market, the integration and interaction of Demetra-Holding assets with the Smartseeds platform.
