Biography

Petr Petrovich Konyushenko was born in 1975 in the city of Pravdinsk, Kaliningrad Region.

In 1998, he graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), having received the qualification of an engineer in the specialty "Power Supply," and in 2003 at the same university he received the qualification of an economist-manager in the fuel and energy sectors. Then he underwent professional retraining at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is undergoing training under the DPA-Doctor of Public Administration program at the Institute of Public Service and the Office of the RANEPA.

Pyotr Konyushenko has been working in the electric power industry since 1999, he went through a career path from the head of the section of the Magadanenergosbyt branch of Magadanenergo OJSC to the general director of energy retail companies Penzaenergosbyt OJSC (2006-2010) and Tverenergosbyt OJSC (2010-2012).

Since 2012, he worked as an adviser to the chairman of the board of the NP Market Council.

In 2016, he was appointed General Director of AtomEnergoSales JSC. Member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Guaranteeing Suppliers and Energy Retailers.

Awards

He has the title "Honorary Power Engineer," was awarded industry and departmental medals.
