Development priorities
According to Petr Konyushenko, General Director of AtomEnergoSales JSC, the company is following the path of further digital transformation of business processes, but at the same time it uses proven and sought-after face-to-face services, the share of which, in case of any technological difficulties, will be able to increase at any time.
As of April 2022, AtomEnergoSales has two main tasks: to ensure 100% collection for settlements with the market and networks, while showing the most customer-oriented approach.
"We continue to develop the quality of customer service, offer more comfortable solutions and create a secure environment. Client-centricity comes to the fore - as a priority for interaction with customers, "added Pyotr Konyushenko. |

Evaluation of key aspects of client policy development
Atomenergosbyt experts assessed the key aspects of the development of the company's client policy in 2021. Among the most indicative are the updating of customer service centers according to the industry standard, the pilot launch of the Face-ID system with face-to-face service, the opening of the correspondence competence center, the release of a single payment document in 4 nuclear cities, the launch of a mobile application for Huawei and Honor users and the creation of a mini-application on the VKontakte social network. This was reported by representatives of the company on January 25, 2022.
"Despite the high rate of digitalization, we are building our work with customers on the principles of comfortable access to services. By developing remote technologies, we understand the increased role of face-to-face service - as communication centers. Such full-time symbiosis gives the client the opportunity to immerse himself in the ecosystem of Rosatom, which is focused on quickly solving the client's tasks and helping him, "said Pyotr Konyushenko, General Director of AtomEnergoSales JSC. |
Another trend of the past year is the development of new tools. The Demand Management project showed five times growth. And at the end of the year, Atomenergosbyt entered into the first contracts with customers - individuals, for whom in 2022 the company will acquire "green" I-REC certificates.
According to the company's experts, the development of client services has positively affected the main performance of the company. Atomenergosbyt in 2021 ensured the collection of payments for electricity at a level approaching 100%.
Sales of about 16 billion kWh of electricity per year
The volume of electricity sold by branches and separate divisions of AtomEnergoSales JSC in 2021 amounted to about 16 billion kWh.
2015
Atomenergosbyt's overdue debt to IDGC of the Center reached 3 billion rubles
For 11 months of 2015, IDGC Center PJSC provided services for the transfer of electric energy to the guaranteeing supplier of Atomenergosbyt JSC in the amount of 15.5 billion rubles. of which, as of December 29, 2015, only 12.8 billion rubles were paid. or 82.5%. The amount of 0.65 billion rubles is not recognized by Atomenergosbyt without justifying the reason, although most of it falls on the payment of the volume of electricity transferred to consumers in the city of Rzhev, Tver Region, which is paid by consumers to the guaranteeing supplier and then does not go into the network.
In turn, IDGC Center PJSC does not have undisputed debt to Atomenergosbyt JSC for electricity losses.
The disputed debt for losses is associated with disagreements with Atomenergosbyt JSC on the volumes of transferred electricity to consumers. IDGC Center PJSC has acts of taking readings of electricity metering devices in accordance with which, the volume of electricity received by consumers is 283 million kWh more than Atomenergosbyt JSC believes. The economic benefit is obvious: instead of paying this volume to the networks, the GPs, on the contrary, require payment from the networks, and the tariff for losses to which the sales company wants to write off the indicated millions of kWh is higher than the transmission tariff.
The settlement of the disputed debt takes place in court, as filed by IDGC Center PJSC 113 claims against Atomenergosbyt JSC for a total amount of 825 million rubles.
At the same time, the recognized debt of Atomenergosbyt JSC is 2.4 billion rubles, which corresponds to almost two months of consumption of electricity transmission services in three regions (Kursk, Smolensk, Tver). The cessation of payments to Atomenergosbyt JSC for the services provided for the transfer of electric energy threatens the preservation of the financial and economic stability of IDGC Center PJSC and, as a result, threatens the security of energy supply in the regions of the Central Federal District. In addition, this failure to fulfill its obligations makes it impossible for the network company to fulfill its obligations to suppliers and contractors, including PJSC FGC UES.
IDGC Center notes that what is happening is increasingly reminiscent of the situation with the well-known Energostrim company, whose debts to network companies amount to billions of rubles.
