Education
Irina Kozina graduated from faculty of psychology Lomonosov Moscow State University and a postgraduate study of the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.
Has degree of the candidate of psychological sciences.
Career
From 2007 to 2013 worked at executive positions in structures of PJSC SIBUR Holding.
From 2013 to 2018 was the HR director of production holding JSC Kordiant.
Since 2018 was a business consultant in "Kordiant" on personnel problems of large corporate clients.
In September, 2020 Irina Kozina is appointed the acting as the deputy CEO for personnel and social problems of Russian Post. In this position she is responsible for development and implementation of the HR policy, setup of a system of motivation of employees, creation of a HR brand of the company, internal communications, implementation the practician of selection, assessment and personnel training, formation of a system of career development. Irina Kozina has extensive experience in questions of personnel management, development and motivation of employees.
