Biography

Was born on March 17, 1974 in Moscow.

1996: TO MGOP

In 1996 graduated from the Moscow state open pedagogical university (since 2011 - the Moscow pedagogical State University) with the diploma with honors as "a mathematics teacher and information scientists".

1997: IUO OF RUSSIAN JOINT STOCK COMPANY

In 1997 - 2002 worked at Institute of management of formation of Russian joint stock company, held positions of the junior researcher, research associate, senior research associate, head of the laboratory.

2002

MGIMO

In 2000 graduated from MGIMO majoring in "The public and municipal administration".

Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation

In 2002 began work in the Ministry educations RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

2004: Rosobrnadzor

In 2004 - 2008 - the assistant to the head of Rosobrnadzor.

2007: RUSSIAN JOINT STOCK COMPANY

In 2007 defended in the Russian Academy of Education the dissertation on the organization of profile training at schools and received a doctorate in education.

2008: FTST

In 2008 became the director of the Federal center of testing - to the organization which developed procedures of holding the USE.

2011

Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

In April, 2011 it is appointed to the position of the director of the department of regional development of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (since May 15, 2018 it is separated into two separate ministries - the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of science and the higher education).

In July, 2012 it is appointed to the position of the director of the department of management of programs and competitive procedures of the Ministry of Education and Science.

HSC and PPRO

In 2011 fulfilled duties of the rector of "Academy of Advanced Training and Occupational Retraining of Educators" federal state institution (since 2018 - the Center of implementation of the state educational policy and information technologies).

2013: Return to Rosobrnadzor

In 2013 released from a post of the head of Rosobrnadzor of Ivan Muravyov.

2020: Minprosveshcheniya of Russia

On January 21 the Decree Russian President V.V. Putin it is appointed Minister of education of the Russian Federation.

Family
