Biography

Was born on October 9, 1976 in the city of Tashkent.

Studied in MEPhI at Applied Nuclear Physics department.

Started a career at institute, worked as the system administrator in pharmacy chain.

After the termination of university worked as the sales manager of paints for large-scale polygraphic productions.

In 2003 accepted the offer from the founder of Softline Igor Borovikov where licensing of software in the large companies was entrusted to it.

For December, 2010 - the director of the department of services and solutions of Softline.

Igor Borovikov suggested to be engaged in development by the direction of services to provide gradual withdrawal from "boxed" model. Krivenkova accepted in subordination of 80 people, formed structural division of Softline Services and began with reforms:

• Created six technology centers: infrastructure cloud (own platform) information security, practice CAD/CAM, technical support, business development.
• Created the resource center where engineering practicians were concentrated. Examination became available to any project team in any volume.
• Created the center of support of sales in Voronezh thanks to which the principle of one window was implemented: managers from a uniform source received all range of services - from selection of a configuration to a discount from vendor. During the peak periods - for example, in the third quarter of financial year - the center processed more than 40 thousand requests.
• Developed and implemented the system of motivation and focused it on sale of services, especially management services.
• Headed Training center for customers.

In 2014 started the business direction selling "iron", than provided for Softline an exit in this segment.

In 2017 headed R&D-центр Internet of Things and machine intelligence.

Constructed a management system for collective as a part of which during the different periods there were more than 1 thousand employees. In general In 9 years its structural division occupied the largest share in business of Softline and changed structure of revenue of the company.

In April, 2019 left Softline company.
