Leta Group — the management and investment company in the field of information technologies — announced in June, 2012 Gennady Kurbatov's appointment the chief executive of Leta Group. The main tasks of Gennady Kurbatov are operational management of the most important projects of group and also development of centralized operation by the companies of group.

First of all, areas of responsibility of the chief executive are: operational management of activity of Leta Group and control of the companies entering into group; financial control, audit and budgeting; legal issues of corporate interaction and construction. For Leta group it is a new position — Gennady Kurbatov is the first chief executive, says Leta Group.

To Leta company Gennady Kurbatov came in 2007 to a position of the head legal departments, and with formation of Leta group passed into it to a position of the head of legal service. Before arrival to Leta worked in a number of the IT companies of Ulyanovsk at the leading positions, participated in opening of a number of new businesses.

At a new position Gennady Kurbatov will be responsible for development and maintenance in current status of the uniform principles and forms of management, financial and tax statements, coordination of financial activities of the companies of group, including, joint budgeting. Also under its management regular financial audit of activity of the companies of group will be booked.

At the same time, legal support of activity of the group connected as with the intra group relations, and the relations with external partners falls within the scope of responsibility of Gennady Kurbatov. In the separate direction support of especially important projects for management company is selected.
