Lakhin Yury Yuryevich

Lakhin Yury Yuryevich is the head of department of the land and property relations of Federal Road Agency.

Biography

Yury was born on January 15, 1979 in Novosibirsk.

In 2001 graduated from the St. Petersburg humanities university of labor unions majoring in "Economy and management at the enterprise".

From 2001 to 2008 worked in the consulting companies in St. Petersburg.

In 2008 and for 2009 Lakhin worked as the head of department of the analysis of projects and programs, the head of department of control and monitoring of programs and projects of department of investment programs and projects of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

In 2009 and by 2010 worked in Department of management of the land relations of Olympstroy State Corporation.

From 2010 to 2011 Lakhin held a position of the deputy chief of capital construction department of JSC Federal Grid Company of the unified power system.

In 2011 and for 2013 worked in the Russian Government Office, as the assistant of the Russian Government's Department of Industry and Infrastructure, the assistant of Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.

In 2013 it is appointed the head of department of the land and property relations of Federal Road Agency.

For July 13, 2015 Yury Yuryevich Lakhin works as the head of department of the land and property relations of Federal Road Agency.

Valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 3 classes.
