Education

Lalakin is[2] of faculty of economy on specialization "Economy and management of business productive activity" of the Russian Academy to them G.V. Plekhanova and the graduate of the Moscow school of management Skolkovo according to the management program for business (Executive MBA).

Career

In April, 2020 The Bell[3] and the New Rate newspaper[4] attributed to Maxim Lalakin ownership of shares in bookmaker office "Fonbet" and possible lobbying of interests of the company, in particular, allegedly for the purpose of inclusion of Fonbet in the list of the companies, victims of effects of a pandemic of a coronavirus and applying for different state privileges and preferences.

However in May, 2020 the answer as which affirmed that Maxim Lalakin has no relation to activity of bookmaker company "Fonbet" at first was published in the New newspaper, and investigation about structure of owners of BK of Fonbet appeared later - "The trunk wags Fonbet"[5]in which it was reported that Maxim Lalakin in December, 2016 sold 12.5% of shares of the Leonum Limited company controlling a foreign part of business of Fonbet belonging to it.

As of July, 2020[1] the Styness company of STAYNESS LLC controlled[6] by Maxim Lalakin (100% ownership) manages[7] with four large shopping centers in Podolsk (October[8], Soviet[9], Western[10], Rodina[11]) and shopping center "Aviator"[12] in Zhukovsky. Maxim Lalakin was a co-owner[13] earlier[14] of the Podolsk tennis academy[15] and improving complexes in the Moscow region.
