Was born on February 16, 1965 in the city of Khabarovsk.

Upon termination of military college served in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation at different positions from the commander of a prospecting platoon in GSVG (GDR) to the chief of staff - the deputy commander of a regiment (Far Eastern Military District).
