Biography
Denis Konstantinovich Lysov was born in 1978 in Rostov-on-Don.
In 2000 he graduated from the North Caucasus branch of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a degree in Communication Networks and Switching Systems.
Denis Lysov began his work in the communications industry in 2000 as an engineer in the data transmission network of Rostovelektrosvyaz OJSC (now the Rostov branch of Rostelecom).
In 2001-2003, he was involved in the management of Huawei Technologies projects in the field of mobile communications.
In 2003-2017, he worked at Mobile TeleSystems (MTS). At the head office of the company, he went from a leading specialist in the development of regional switching systems to a project director. In 2008, he headed the MTS branch in the Rostov region.
2017: Director of Rostelecom South
In June 2017, Denis Lysov was appointed Vice President - Director of MRF Yug PJSC Rostelecom in connection with the release of Alexander Shipulin on a well-deserved rest. Prior to that, Denis headed the MTS branch in the Rostov region for nine years.
2021: Director of the macro-regional branch of Center PJSC Rostelecom
From June 1, 2021, the vice-president of Rostelecom Denis Lysov will move to the position of director of the macro-regional branch of Center.
