Biography

Was born in 1966.

Education

1990: Technical university of Cluj-Napoca

In 1990 graduated from the Technical university of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), having gained the diploma of the master in specialization "electronics and telecommunications".

1994: Budapest university of economic sciences

In 1994 completed training at the Budapest university of economic sciences (since 2004 - Corwin's University) with assignment of degree "the master of the international economy and finance".

2002: Case Western Reserve University

Vezerkhed of Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, the State of Ohio, the USA) continued education at School of management and in 2002 received degree of MVA on specialization "marketing".

Career

1992: KPMG, Citibank, ABN Amro/K&H Bank, GECIS/Genpact

During the period from 1992 to 2006 held different positions in the companies KPMG Citibank, ABN AMRO/K&H Bank, GE Capital International Services (GECIS)/Genpact.

2006: Fund of health insurance of Hungary

From 2006 to 2007 on a post of the general managing director responsible for financing of the health sector of the country, worked in Fund of health insurance of Hungary.

Unicredit Tiriac Bank Romania

Entered into Board Unicredit Tiriac Bank (Romania) where till 2010 was responsible for retail banking business (segments of individuals and SME).

2011: Unicredit Bank Austria

In 2011 passed to work into Unicredit Bank Austria in which headed the directions of consumer crediting it is central the European divisions.

2013: Hypo Alpe Adria Bank

From 2013 to 2015 worked in board of the Austrian bank Hypo Alpe Adria Bank at a post of the executive director of bank across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2015: Group managing director of OTP and board member of OTP Bank

In 2015 accepted the offer to hold a position of the managing director, Head of Department of digital technologies of the OTP Group and also since July, 2015 the board member of JSC OTP Bank.

2016: Chairman of the board of directors of OTP Bank

Since April 7, 2016 - the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC OTP Bank.

2020: Corwin's university

For August, 2020 is an advisory board member of the Bucharest branch of the Maastricht school of management (Bucharest, Romania). Teaches within programs of mentoring and banking activity seminars for students of the University of Corwin.
