In 1993 graduated from mekhaniko-mathematical faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University, qualification: mechanic, specialty: mechanics, applied mathematics.

In 2009 ended a professional development course of Institute of the stock market and management.

In 2011 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)), qualification: manager, specialty: public and municipal administration.
