Mantrove Mikhail Alekseyevich

Biography

Born in Moscow, in 1965.

In 1988 he graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) with a degree in Cybernetics of Electrical Systems, qualification as an electrical engineer. In 1996, he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in financial management.

From 1996 to the end of 1997, he worked as chairman of the control and audit department of CJSC SAVVA Group of Companies.

From 1997 to 1998, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Head of the Internal Control Service of the International Bank for Trade and Cooperation.

From 1998 to 1999 - Advisor to the General Director for Financial Affairs and Accounting of VK Soyuztransit OJSC.

From 1999 to 2000, he acted as Financial Director of Prop.Link LLC.

From June 2000 to 2008, he worked as Deputy General Director of INTER RAO UES CJSC.

From May 2008 to 2009 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of the Corporate Center of INTER RAO UES OJSC.

Since November 2009, he has been working as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC RusHydro.

Member of the Boards of Trustees:

• on the restoration of the Joseph-Volotsky Stavropegial Monastery;
• Transfiguration of the Solovetsky Stavropegial Monastery;
• All-Russian sports public organization "Federation of Practical Shooting of Russia."

He was awarded the Order of Courage and the medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" and the Order of the Holy Noble Prince Daniel of Moscow.

As of December 10, 2013, Mikhail Alekseevich Mantrov worked as a member of the board, deputy chairman of the board of JSC RusHydro.
