Qualification - engineer, in 2009 he graduated from the Graduate School of Moscow State Technical University of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (MSTU MIREA) with a degree in System Analysis, Management and Information Processing, in 2013 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Faculty: Higher School of Corporate Management with a degree in Doctor of Business Administration (D).
