In 1997 he graduated from Chisinau Technical University (for 2020 - Technical University of Moldova) with a degree in Information Technologies: System and Application Programming.

2001: Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation

In 2001, he graduated with honors from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) in Moscow with a degree in Finance and Credit.

2017: Vienna University of Economics and Business

In 2017, he graduated from the University of Economics and Business (WU Executive Academy Vienna), Vienna, with an MBA degree.

2001: Getting Started in Banking

Since 2001, he has worked in various positions in the banking sector.

2012: OTP Bank

From 14.06.2012 to 31.08.2014, he was Deputy Director of the Information Technology Development Directorate of OTP Bank JSC.

From 01.09.2014 to 24.01.2016, he was Deputy Director of the Information Technology Development Directorate of the Operational Management Division of OTP Bank JSC.

From 25.01.2016 to 14.04.2017, he was the Director of the Information Technology Development Directorate of the Operational Management Division of OTP Bank JSC.

2017: Senior Vice President of Rusnarbank
