2024: EvaTeam Product Development Director
In June 2024 EvaTeam , Roman Myskin, an expert in the field, took the position of director for product development and the eco-system. In Russian software this status, Roman is responsible for the development and promotion of the Russian analogues, and Jira Confluence Jira Service Management.
I was pleasantly surprised by the dynamics of EvaTeam's development as an eco-system for business: in two years, since the spring of 2022, 3 full-fledged products have been brought to the market to replace foreign products that have left the Russian market. But, if earlier the company worked only on the creation of products - by the way, in no way inferior to analogues from Atlassian or Microsoft - then by 2024 there was a need to move to the next stage of development. When the first implementations of EvaTeam products on the open market have already taken place, a competent and extensive partner network is required, which will allow developing the eco-system, expanding and improving the pool of its products and services, - said Roman Myskin. |
Roman Myskin added that the EvaTeam ecosystem is developing in very specific conditions: foreign manufacturers of various software have left or are leaving the Russian market. Plus, there is a legal need to switch to Russian software until 2025 (especially for KII enterprises, the so-called "critical information infrastructure").
My task is to help the already created three products (EvaProject, EvaWiki and EvaServiceDesk) expand their presence in the market, find their consumers, listen to them and meet their needs; as well as - successfully develop with the help of an effective partner network. The debugged process of developing the partner community will also allow EvaTeam product teams to continue work on new services (4 more new products are in development as of June 2024). This means that together we will be able to progressively expand the EvaTeam eco-system, satisfying all new market needs. |
