Gore Nakhapetyan is the managing director, the chief of staff of the president Troika Dialog. Works in Troika Dialog since 1993. Within a position of the managing director Mr. Nakhapetyan supervises questions of strategic development and also is responsible for work of the following divisions of the company: the office of the president, management of PR, management on work with personnel, management of security, management of marketing, contact information center and management of internal communications.

Career

The professional way began in 1992 in Dialogbank where the sales manager worked year, at the same time fulfilling duties of the senior economist. Participated in the first biddings at just opened MICEX exchange. Passed into Troika Dialog in 1993. Began in sales department, and in 1994 created a back office which headed afterwards. Directed later group of development of special projects on the basis of which the Troika Dialog Management company which headed in 1996 was created. Was directly involved in creation of mutual funds "Troika Dialog – Ilya Muromets", "Troika Dialog – Dobrynya Nikitich" and Lexington Troika Dialog Russia Fund – the first open-end investment fund in the USA allowing foreign investors to make investments in the Russian securities, created together with Lexington Management Corporation. In 2001-2003 participated in the project on acquisition and restructuring of JSC Rosgosstrakh. Held a position of the vice president of JSC Rosgosstrakh, being responsible for operation of the office of the president and a number of divisions of holding, directed the project of rebranding.

Mr. Nakhapetyan was directly involved in start of City Mortgage Bank within the joint project of Troika Dialog and JSC Rosgosstrakh. Since 2006 till present is a member of Coordination council of Moscow School of Management Skolkovo and the representative of the founder partner of SKOLKOVO School, Troika Dialog.

Education

Graduated with honors from faculty of applied mathematics of the Yerevan state university in 1991. In 1991-1992 was trained on one-and-a-half-year courses of business management at the American university of Armenia.
