Biography

Mikhail Nasibulin ended a bachelor degree and a magistracy of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Year studied in Germany.

2015-2017: Work in AFK "Sistema"

From 2015 to 2017 held a position of the associate director of the educational program of AFK "Sistema" corporation. At this position directed development and deployment of strategy for creation of a talent pool for the knowledge-intensive and hi-tech state and private companies. Developed a technique of project approach in education of engineers together with institutes of development (ANO Agency of Strategic Initiatives, the National technology initiative, JSC RVC, Fund of development of internet initiatives, Minpromtorg of Russia, etc.), Higher education institutions (the leading technical colleges) and business (AFK "Sistema", Intel, R-Pharm, etc.) on a wide range of specializations.

Work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications

In October, 2018 Mikhail Nasibulin passed to work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

In February, 2019 it was appointed to a position of the associate director of Department of coordination and project implementation on digital economy. Since February 27, 2019 it is appointed the acting as the department director. At the end of May became the director without prefix of the acting.

As the department director the questions connected with coordination and implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and also with implementation of the Federal draft "Digital Technologies" of the national program, in particular with development of end-to-end digital technologies, the leading research centers and the companies of the leaders developing products, services and platform solutions based on end-to-end digital technologies were assigned to Nasibulin.

Also was responsible from the ministry for development of the national strategy in the field of artificial intelligence developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation jointly with Sberbank.

2020

Dismissal from the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, transition to Rosatom

On April 28, 2020 Mikhail Nasibulin announced TAdviser the dismissal from the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications in connection with transition to new work to Rosatom State Corporation.

This solution was mine, I decided that it is necessary to move further to the industry. Rates of digitalization, ambition and complexity of tasks in Rosatom matched my expectations, - Nasibulin added, having specified that he will work in the block of digitalization "in the rank of the adviser to the director of digitalization" - Ekaterina Solntseva

In the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, according to TAdviser, the functionality of department which was directed by Nasibulin will be separated. Tasks of the federal project "Digital Technologies" will be transferred to development department of the industry of IT which is directed by Dmitry Nikitin. The questions connected with coordination of the Digital Economy national program will remain behind the current department, the position of his head is still vacant.
