2008-2012 - held various positions in Rosgranitsa, including the position of head of the Organizational and Control Department of Rosgranitsa.
2012-2017 - Head of the Department of Planning, Accounting and Control, Federal Property of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.
Since November 2017 - Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.

The deputy head of Roshydromet took 4th place in 2021 in the ranking of IT officials with the largest apartments according to CNews Analytics. She owns, as a year ago, three apartments with an area of 51.7 m ², 27.6 m ², 202.4 m ², as well as a land plot of 10.99[2].
2025: Arrest in fraud case
On July 3, 2025, it became known that the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Natalia Radkova, deputy head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet). She is suspected of committing fraud.
According to TASS, the case against Radkova was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - fraud committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale. Such acts are punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years with a fine of up to 1 million rubles or in the amount of the convict's salary or other income for a period of up to three years or without it and with restriction of freedom for up to two years or without it.
| The court granted the request of the investigation and sent Radkov into custody. The official's defense filed an appeal against this decision, but the Moscow City Court rejected it, - said the representative of law enforcement agencies. |
Details of the case as of early July 2025 were not disclosed. The defendant's lawyer, Mikhail Mushailov, declined to comment.[3]
