Since 2018 - Director of the Department of Information Technologies at Rosselkhozbank JSC. Since May 2021 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Rosselkhozbank JSC.

In this position, Nikolai Ulyanov is responsible for the creation and implementation of a long-term IT ICD development strategy aimed at improving operational efficiency, including as part of the bank's product transformation program.

According to the ICD, Nikolai faces the tasks of implementing an import substitution program, ensuring high availability and developing client and internal services and using artificial intelligence.

Nikolay has been working in the banking sector for more than 25 years. He moved to the ICD Rosselkhozbank RSHB from (), where under his leadership a number of major transformation projects were implemented.
