Biography

From 1997 to 2002 studied in Far Eastern State Technical University, faculty of information science and the computer equipment.

Studied in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2004 to 2005 worked as the manager in Alcatel-Lucent.

From 2005 to 2007 worked the marketing director in Dalsvyaz company.

In 2007 passed to work as the commercial director into Rostelecom. Worked for 2008.

From 2011 to 2014 worked as the CEO of Start Telecom company.

Since 2014 began to work as the deputy CEO for Angstrem.

In 2015 received a position of the CEO of Angstrem company.

For February 15, 2016 Konstantin Andreevich Nosov works as the CEO of Angstrem company.

In September, 2017 Konstantin Nosov is appointed the CEO of JSC Angstrem T, having released Anatoly Sukhoparov who continued to work in Angstrem T as the president from this duty.

As Konstantin Nosov noted, the main objective on the CEO's post he sees complete implementation of capacity of modern Russian factory on production of semiconductors: Our command needs to hold events for increase in efficiency of the plant. Expand a line of technologies for release of modern products, demanded not only within the country, but also abroad. And also to create based on the enterprise a modern ecosystem for the design centers and developers for program implementation of Digital economy, import substitution and development of the electronic industry.

The factory on production of semiconductor products Angstrem T at the end of May, 2017 announced the beginning of booking for contract manufacturing of chips. Nondisclosure agreements (NDA) are already signed with a number of the Russian and foreign companies, issue of rules of design taking into account opportunities of factory (PDK) is conducted. In these conditions of the company the strong manager, with rich experience of development of a business activity is required. Konstantin Nosov has behind shoulders more than 15 years of successful work in the field of increase in profitability, implementation of large investment projects in the advanced technology companies, noted in Angstrem T.
