In March 2025, Oleg Aksyonov, technical director of LANIT-Integration (part of the LANIT group), became co-chairman of the Information Technology Committee of the Association of Managers. LANIT-Integration announced this on March 28, 2025.

The Committee plays a strategic role in the formation of professional standards for managing digital transformation, supporting infrastructure initiatives and promoting the Russian IT solutions. In this role, Oleg Aksyonov will focus on the development industries through the introduction of best practices of large system integrators, as well as on strengthening interaction between participants IT market and related areas.

Among the key tasks that Oleg Aksyonov plans to solve within the framework of the Committee is the creation of a single platform for dialogue between IT specialists, cybersecurity experts, engineers and HR managers. Particular attention will be paid to the issues of scaling IT projects taking into account regional specifics, including overcoming infrastructure restrictions. A separate area of ​ ​ work is associated with the development of the personnel potential of the industry. With wage expectations rising and the education system transformed, it is necessary to develop new mechanisms for attracting, training and retaining highly qualified IT specialists.
