Biography

Olga Rubtsova was born on January 30, 1980. In 2001 she graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute," majoring in Applied System Analysis, Master of the Department of Intelligent Decision-Making Systems in Macroeconomics.

Since 2002, she headed the sales department of Terrasoft in Ukraine, in the same year she became the head of the Moscow representative office of the company. Working at Terrasoft, she led projects in financial, pharmaceutical, retail - and FMCG companies.

In 2004, Olga became the head of the development department of Sputnik Labs, on the basis of which Technoserv Consulting was created in 2008.

In 2011 headed the sales department of solutions and products "Technoserv Consulting."

At the beginning of 2017, TechnoSoft, a Russian vendor for the development and implementation of domestic solutions, part of the Technoserv Group of Companies, announced the appointment of Olga Rubtsova as general director. At the same time, Olga retains the post of Deputy General Director of Technoserv Consulting.
