Until 2022, Terrasoft was part of the Ukrainian group of companies Creatio, whose staff consisted of 600 + employees, and clients are represented in 100 + countries of the world. History

2022: "LANIT" responded to the "unacceptable act" of "Terrasoft," which left Russia - captured its employees

As TAdviser found out on March 15, Lanit agreed with the Russian team Terrasoft on its complete transition to itself. The company previously announced its withdrawal from the Russian market amid Russia's military operation in Ukraine. The staff of the Russian office "Terrasoft" is more than 80 people, proposals were made to all employees, specified in "Lanit."

The company "Terrasoft" announced a complete exit from the Russian market. It terminates any activity related to it both directly and through dealers, breaking all partner contracts. Despite the unacceptable act of Terrasoft and its non-constructive position, the technical specialists of the Lanit group, having many years of expertise in the vendor's technologies and access to an open platform, will support customers, regardless of the manufacturer's position. Given Terrasoft's stated position, we are not going to conclude any contracts with it or cooperate in other forms, TAdviser told Lanit. - We have agreed with the Russian team on a complete transition, which will make it easier for us to support customers in our country.

Raising $68 million in investments

The Creatio Group of Companies has raised a minority investment of $68 million to strengthen its leading position in the global low-code market. The lead investor was  Volition Capital, a fund that invests in fast-growing technology companies developing businesses in North and Latin America. The co-investor was Horizon   Capital, a fund with more than 25 years of experience supporting growing companies in Europe. The funds will be used to strengthen Creatio's position in the global low-code market for process management and CRM solutions, including strengthening R&D and developing a partner ecosystem in 110 countries. 2019: Terrasoft changes platform and product name to Creatio

Terrasoft, one of the key players in the global low-code, BPM and CRM market, announced a new name for its software products. On October 30, 2019, the company's platform and products, formerly known as bpm'online, were renamed Creatio! Read more in the Creatio product questionnaire.

2016

In 2016, Terrasoft announced itself as a CRM vendor creating products for managing the business processes of marketing, sales and service, the developer of the CRM platform bpm'online. In January 2016, the bpm'online office in Australia began operating. The decision to open a new office was made as the number of customers and partners in Australia and Oceania grew. Singapore office

Terrasoft Group announced in May 2016 the opening of an office in Singapore in May 2016. The decision to open an office was made due to the growing number of customers and partners in Asia. The new representative office will strengthen the bpm'online position in the global CRM market, as well as provide development and support to clients from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China and other countries of the region, Terrasoft told CNews.

As noted, this is the second international office that the company opened in 2016. In January, the Australian representative office in Canberra began work. Terrasoft and bpm'online offices operate in 6 countries, and thanks to a developed partner network, the company is represented in 35 countries around the world.

The Singapore office was headed by Malik Manvinder, an expert with 20 years of corporate software experience, 10 of which he devoted to the field of business process automation.

2015

  • In June 2015, Terrasoft announced the release of a new version of the bpm 'online 7.6 CRM line:

  • In 2014, Terrasoft released products to manage a customer's full journey: from attraction to service to repeat sales:
  • bpm'online sales - a system for managing sales of all types: from short orders to long corporate transactions;
  • bpm'online marketing - a product for managing multi-channel communications;
  • bpm'online customer service - reference processes of service management through all communication channels;

2013

The main result was the release of the version of the BPMonline CRM 7.0 product, which took place in May 2013. BPMonline CRM 7.0 is the only web solution on the CIS market that combines customer tools and the ability to automate business processes. The product offers a number of advantages over the user:

The growth of the company's turnover in the main areas of activity - delivery of software products, consulting, software implementation services - amounted to 180%. The company has released 3 new industry products and a number of integration solutions. The number of users of Terrasoft systems exceeded 100,000. The main products that provide 80% of the turnover under licenses remain the company's flagship products - Terrasoft XRM, Terrasoft CRM, Terrasoft Sales and Terrasoft Service Desk, BPMonline, BPMonline CRM.

Nucleus Research experts praised predictive analytics capabilities and data management tools in bpm'online.
    • CRM Magazine announced the winners of the annual "The CRM Market Leaders Awards" - the best representatives of the global CRM market, where the bpm'online system has received recognition as CRM for large and medium-sized businesses and as a sales management solution.
    • In March 2018, the international research agency Forrester Research published a ranking of the best cloud solutions for dynamic case management - The Forrester Wave™: Cloud-Based Dynamic Case Management, Q1 2018.
