Biography
Vasily was born on January 1, 1982 in the city of Magdeburg (Germany) in the family of a military man, the family often moved, as a result of which Vasily often changed schools. Education
In 2004, Vasily Ovchinnikov graduated with honors from the Moscow State Social University of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (now RSSU) with a degree in Management in the Social Sphere.
