Biography

Was born on July 14, 1959 in Baku of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1981: MTILP

In 1981 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Technology of light industry (since 2016 - the Russian state university of A.N. Kosygin (Technologies. Design. Art)), specialty "Technology of Polymeric Film Materials and Imitation Leather".

1981 - 1997 - there passed the way from the graduate student to the chief of the research sector, the associate professor of the Moscow Institute of Technology of light industry.

1997: Ministry of Education of Russia

1997 - 2004 - the consultant, the head of department of the Ministry of the general and professional education of the Russian Federation, since 1999 - the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation (it is abolished on March 9, 2004).

2004: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

2004 - 2007 - the chief specialist, the consultant, the head of department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (in May, 2018 stopped existence in connection with separation into two departments: Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation and Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation).

In 2006 graduated Saratov state from academy of the right (since 2010 - Saratov state legal academy specialty "Law".

2017 - 2018 - the director of the department of certification of scientific and scientific and pedagogical employees of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

In 2018 it is appointed the director of the department of certification of scientific and scientific and pedagogical employees of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.
