Kristodulu Floor (Paul Christodoulou)
Kristodulu has the degree of MVA on finance received at the university of New York, the diploma business of school, doctor's degree of law school of Fordham and degree of the bachelor of sciences from polytechnical institute Rensselaer.
He started the career as the partner in JP Morgan Securities company in New York. During that period he was provided to the New York financial industry and got extensive experience in merges and acquisitions of the companies and also in security issues and the choice of price model.
In 1990 it came to business school where expanded the knowledge of financial markets. During training at business school, he was an official of Association of Finance and the president of Association of Golf. After the end of training in 1994, he began to work as the associate professor at the university of New York.
In 1996 he graduated from law school and passed examinations for the lawyer in New York and Florida. Now it has the license for practice in New York and Washington, the District of Columbia and also is allowed to practice before Court of International Trade, in the first and second department of Federal Court, and in the International Trade Administration.
In 1996 it passed into international department of American Express company. At this time he specialized in contracts of the joint venture, assets on securitization, franchizing and licensing. In 1998, he passed into Dewey Ballantine LLP company where worked as the international trade attorney. During this period dealt with the issues of foreign trade including steel subsidizing and "dumping" below market prices from producers from Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Spain, France and Italy.
In 2001 he moved to Miami where he took afterwards charge of a distribution network on production of salty snack. Relying on its education and experience of the factory hand (at high school), the seller of excursions (in daylight saving time during training in college), and the financial advisor on commodity market of national consumption (in daylight saving time during training at business school), he invented the plan for performing transactions of the company.
In 2003 he moved to Russia as the consultant for the American-Russian Investment fund (Delta Capital Management) where he was responsible for transactions of several companies which are engaged in the fast goods delivery, logistics and warehousing and accounting.
In 2004 together with Paul Sofianos they founded Prologics group.
