Pchelyakov Sergey Nikolaevich

Biography

Graduated from the Samara state technical university majoring in "Electrical and mechanical engineer" and also the Volga region academy of telecommunications and information science as "Computational economist".

In 1996-2003 worked as the Engineer, then the Head of department of telecommunication of the interdistrict center JSC Svyazinfrom Samarskoy of the region (since 2002 – JSC VolgaTelecom).

During the period from 2003 to 2006 was the Chief engineer of the interdistrict communication hub of the Samara branch of JSC "VolgaTelecom".

Before arrival to Russian Towers Group held a number of executive positions in the companies of telecom operators: The project director in JSC Rostelecom, the Associate director of regional department of Povolozhsky branch of JSC "MegaFon", the Deputy general the directors-director of the branch of JSC VolgaTelecom in the Chuvash Republic, the First deputy branch director – the Chief engineer, the Associate director of branch on IT of the Saratov branch of JSC "VolgaTelecom".

Since 2013 in Russian Towers company was responsible for management of the technical strategy of Russian Towers Group which includes construction and operation of AMS, development of technical capacity of the company.

In June, 2018 Sergey Pchelyakov left Russian Towers company.
