Biography

Ilya Sergeevich Petrov was born on July 9, 1973 in Ufa.

In 1995 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, candidate of legal sciences.

From 1998 to 2008 held various positions in federal executive bodies.

From 2005 to 2008 - Apparatus of the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2008 to 2010 - Federal Agency for State Property Management, Deputy Head.

From 2010 to 2013 - First Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.
